The Kubota RTV-X1140 is a versatile, heavy-duty
diesel utility vehicle designed for both 4-person
transportation and high-capacity cargo hauling.
Its primary selling feature is the K-Vertible
cargo bed, which transforms in less than a minute
from a 4-seater to a 2-seater with an extended
hydraulic dump bed.
4-Seater Mode: Provides seating for four adults
with a smaller cargo bed.
2-Seater Mode: Rear seats fold forward to create
a large flatbed, expanding cargo capacity to 19.1
cu. ft..
Standard Hydraulic Dump Bed: A hydraulic bed lift
is standard in both configurations, allowing for
easy unloading of dirt, gravel, or tools.
Powerful Kubota Diesel Engine: Features a 24.8
HP, 3-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine known
for reliability and torque, without a complex
diesel regeneration system.
VHT-X Transmission: Kubota’s Variable Hydraulic
Transmission provides strong torque, smooth
acceleration, and acts as a “creep” system for
maneuvering on slopes or towing heavy loads.
Superior Ground Clearance & Suspension: Offers
10.8 to 11.3 inches of ground clearance with
independent suspension on all four wheels for a
smooth, stable ride over rough terrain.
Heavy Duty Towing & Payload: Features a standard
2-inch hitch receiver (front and rear) and is
capable of towing up to 1,300 lbs and carrying a
payload of over 1,100 lbs in the extended bed
configuration.
Durable Workstation: Includes hydraulic power
steering, a 60:40 split-bench seat for front
passengers, a dashboard with a digital meter
cluster, and a 7.9-gallon fuel tank.
