Donations

Request Form Guidelines

WCTractor accepts request for donations and sponsorships for charitable fund-raising activities. Due to the growing number of requests each store receives WCTractor is only able to accept requests from non-profit industry related organizations within our area of operation.

Requesting organizations or beneficiaries may include Ag Youth, local FFA Chapters, 4-H groups, and Volunteer Fire Departments. We strive to be generous with our donations; however, we cannot guarantee every request will receive a donation or sponsorship.

Request should be submitted through our online request system or copy of the request form may be sent to donations@wctractor.com or WCTractor Attn: Donation Request P.O. Box 1619, Brenham, TX 77834.

Request must be received by WCTractor 30-days prior to the event.

In-kind donations may be scheduled to be picked up at the closest location following approval.

Equipment usage is limited to current inventory and may not be guaranteed. Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, waiver, security deposit and/or delivery fee may be required.

Previous donations do not guarantee approval of current request.

Requests will be reviewed in the order they are received. Response will be provided by email or phone within 10-business days.
